I had a request to share how I keep my hair healthy and shiny… ask and you shall receive !
I’ve put together a list of things that I do to prevent damage to my hair, products I use to keep it healthy and shiny, and everyday things that make a world of difference. So read on if you want to know all my tips and tricks 😉 !
I am usually at home with Cam so I don’t bother doing my hair on a day-to-day basis, but at least 2-3 times a week I will either straighten it or curl it.
4) On the days where I know I will be using heat on my hair, I make sure I use my Number 4 Prep and Protect spray. It not only acts as a heat protectant but it also has a UV shield in it, bonus no? I got mine in a birch box and I have been using it ever since.
I feel like this is something that we all try to do, but often forget. When I am constatntly drinking water, my skin, hair, and body thank me. It helps to flush you out and to rid your body of toxins. Try to keep a water bottle with you and just sip it throughout the day. Try to see how many times you can refill it.
9) Last one is random but I always brush my hair before I wash it; hair is most fragile when it is wet so brushing it beforehand eliminates any tangles that you may have before so you don’t rip out half your head after it’s clean.
